Native American Plains Indian stone head war club. A Plains stone head club with pointed ends and drilled, with a wood shaft with leather covering and strap. It appears to have some age to it and use. Has an Ian Morris West Collection (IMW) label. He was friends with Edward H.

Colin Taylor (1937 2004) a noted ethnologist on the subject. He had a museum at his home The Forge in Sussex.

He wrote Portraits of Native Americans published by Salamander Books in 1997. Dimensions: 42cm long, the head 13.8cm x 5.8cm diameter at widest. Condition: The head is loose on the shaft and the points have some wear (see photographs). The item "Native American Plains Indian stone head war club.
