Native American Medicine Man Tools 1776 Coin Scraper Fire Starter Scalpel Rare

If an expert can help with identification please advise - I have been informed the long engraved brass item is for the treatment of syphilis, in addition to several different scrapers, cutters and medical items along with a bronze scalpel, a fire starter, a 1776 silver coin and various beads and stones and other items strung together with sinew and all surviving intact as a group. What you see is exactly what you will receive - shows age appropriate wear. Ould make an excellent addition to any Native American museum collection.
