If you can find a pic of her with it then you will have an amazing piece. It was said at that time that her grandmother had made it for her. Regardless of the info that i have lost it is a fantastic 1890s to 1920 authentic and properly made beaded headband. Made with the double outside row that allowed the beadwork to be repaired if needed. Only hand stitched to the backband on one side as it should be.
Check the pics as they show it best. Unless i missed something I only saw one single bead that was missing. Measures 23 inches from end of beads to end of beads and is 1 1/2 inches wide from bead edge to bead edge.
