What we have here is. An Old and Very Fine.

Pendant Necklace in the form of a Whale with Russian Blue Trade Beads. Pendant has lovely deep three dimensional Repousse Hammered shaping (convex on front and concave on back) and great dark patina. Unsigned as is common with older pieces. Stand for display not included.

Large substantial size measures approximately 24 inches long for the entire necklace extended, with the copper pendant measuring approximately 6 1/2 inches tall. By 5 1/4 inches wide by 1/4 inch deep. Th is is a wonderful necklace with great features and expressive details. A nice piece that displays well.

Old used condition with wear (small partial crack going approximately 1/3 of the way into neck, possibly from the time of creation, does not effect structural strength of the piece, very strong and stable).. In general items may have nicks dings scratches cracks soiling stains loses and imperfections etc that are common to this type of item and sometimes true to the time of creation and consistent with age, see photos for condition.

I do not know the exact age, but to my eye appears to have age (you be the judge).. Look at the photos and YOU decide to your best judgement what this is, its age, the condition, its completeness, and what this is worth.
