Antique Native American Indian Hand Beaded Wrapped Leather Belt & Buckle 39

This quite old, thinking antique but perhaps vintage, Native American Indian, multicolored, hand beaded leather belt with matching beaded buckle was done by first sewing the beads onto a canvas like fabric and then wrapping it around the belt making it removable if you so wish. I found this in Boise Idaho and because I have no expertise in this area, I cannot tell you tribe or any other details about this piece.

The leather portion of the belt measures 39" while the beading portion measures 31" and it. Shows lots of wear and aging with the fabric fraying and being torn, beads are missing, but not many, so be sure to scroll through all the pictures and use the zoom and enlarge features to see the finer details as they too are part of the item's description.
