This outstanding early 20th century Sioux Beaded Sheath measures approx. 7" long and 1 1/2" at its widest.It is sinew sewn and features a flap closure at the top. This wonderful Sioux Indian Sheath is sinew sewn by hand with beadwork decoration in colors of apple red white-heart, medium blue, white, greasy yellow, and translucent green. The entire Sheath is hide and there is a rawhide closure with a single facetted glass bead. The Knife Sheath offered here is unconditionally guaranteed original and of the period. It is NOT a reproduction or modern recreation but an original Sioux Bead Decorated Knife Sheath crafted in the early part of the 20th century.
