Recently picked in Massachusetts, this authentic Ojibwe or Chippewa, Great Lakes, Native American Indian, Beaded Bandolier Bag is antique circa-1900. It is hand sewn with a beaded front trimmed in red trade cloth. At the bottom are strands of hanging beads tied in bundles with yarn tassels. Four of these have problems.
There also is some bead loss to the upper left side of the border. The rest of bag is complete with no restorations. On the back the brown cloth is perfect and clean.
