The beads in the bag are in typical Central Plains colors of greasy yellow, white heart red, 2 shades of blue, white, and green, sewn with sinew as early bags are. Dimensions are approximately 8" long plus cones and thong by just over 2 1/2" in width. The hide is thin and is native tanned. The bar pattern makes me think Cheyenne or Arapaho, but the shape like a tail bag, and makes me think Ute. This is a really nice piece of Native beadwork in great colors and design. Please study the photos, as they are the best description of this unique bag. Please take a look at our other interesting listings.
